dcro 10,182 Posted September 14, 2020 #502 Share Posted September 14, 2020 Indeed, for a mediocre cycling nation, France has a very high success rate in this redundant polka dot classification. heywoodu 1 #banbestmen

OlympicsFan 783 Posted September 14, 2020 #504 Share Posted September 14, 2020 I think it is pretty accurate to say that the polka dot jersey is for the French what the team classification is for the Spanish teams (Movistar). They are the only ones to care about it, but they are still super thrilled to win it each year. heywoodu 13,560 Posted September 15, 2020 #508 Share Posted September 15, 2020 Ugh, stupid intermediate sprint screwing a good breakaway attempt. Grassmarket 2,757 Posted September 15, 2020 #509 Share Posted September 15, 2020 Oh look, Ineos riders on the front trying to get into the break. Winner Anacona dooms the break by his presence.
Grassmarket 2,757 Posted September 15, 2020 #510 Share Posted September 15, 2020 Trentin gets Green Jersey points, is now third overall in that. Davide Gaudu abandons: has been struggling literally since Day 1 as I recall.
