    During Olympics: Athletics, Swimming, Rowing, Canoe sprint and Road cycling. Though it is close: Frankly, the only Olympic Sports that I didn't like to watch in recent years during the Games were Sailing and Synchronized Swimming.

    Surely even Slovakia must admit, that both Germany and Italy were in danger of going home, if Czech Republic had won their game. To say that the match was fixed is simply complete nonsense, because neither of the teams could have known that they would make it (except, I concede, for maybe the last 5 minutes). That's a totally different situation from 1982, when both Germany and Austria knew right from the beginning, how they would both advance.

    The national qualification criteria are not published, yet, but if it's similar to the last Winter Games, then the second pair will have to reach at least 154 points in average during their best two international results. That's possible. Hase/Seegert got 147 points at the European Championships.

    I think has two quota places right now. James/Cipres are their only pair, and if they finish 10th, then France has to places. Or is it because only 16 pairs can qualify at the WCH? Edit: The Question was answered, before it was asked. Thanks.

    According to this, the qualifictaion System for Rhythmic Gymnastics will slightly change: https://zhenyakanaevagymnasium.com/2016/08/29/olympic-games-tokyo-2020-rules-and-qualifications/ If the source is reliable, than the test event won't be a qualification event anymore, and the remaining quota places will be allocated by the World Cup 2020.

    Based on Rio, when can we expect the first Qualification systems? I feebly remember that they were published in 2013, therefore the ones for Tokyo should be published this year. But I'm not sure anymore.

    10 golds is true. But it's 19 medals overall in the Olympic disciplines. 8 in Biathlon, 1 in Alpine Skiing, 3 in Speed Skating, 5 in Luge and 2 in Bobsleigh. Team Event and both Giant Slaloms were very disappointing for Germany, but I like the development in our men's downhill and super-g-team a lot.

    Looks like our teams will meet in the First Round of the Team Event. Is Slovakia competing with Vlhova und Velez-Zuzulova? If so, it might be a 50:50 race with your women and our men being the favourites in their runs.

    Stoch crashed in the Trial Round. And basically the whole Austrian Team has a virus.

    I still hate this system, though. Yes, it's the jumper's right to use the rules to their advantage. And Stoch is far from the first ski jumper not to start in a qualification. It was Sven Hannawald, who started it all. But I wish the FIS would change the rules, that the Top 10 have to start in the qualification at the 4 hills tournament as well.
