  1. Someone spotted the first real life Madden glitch of the year
  2. Yeah the FIVB and FIBA really, really need some help writing good qualification documents. I’m fine with the best few from the World Cup qualifying, but it shouldn’t serve as the regional qualifiers.
  3. Road To Tokyo 2020 2019 Pan American Games Lima 2019 Party In Peru The best athletes from all over Pan America descended on the Peruvian capital of the Lima for two weeks of Olympic-style competition. 4. ISRO have found the spacecraft using thermal imaging. Supposedly it’s landed 500m from the preferred site, and it is intact. ISRO have still not been able to make contact.
  5. An average so, so driver that won a charity contest to drive for Ferrari.
  6. This is why I wish I had the ability to fly around the world when I want to. I have the ability to broadcast (with full production quality, in 1080p HD, and with graphics) from my phone. I could spend a few days broadcasting some of the odder sports people would like to see. I’d even do it for free, just because I enjoy creating content. I’m am but a lowly middle class student though, so that’s a pipe dream.
  7. You must live in a retirement community or something. To be fair Rotterdam and Amsterdam are very urban places, so such cities do exist in the Netherlands.
  8. Ah shit! Well, it’s midnight, so that may just have to be a tomorrow problem. Sorry about that. I believe those are supposed to be Dutch though.
  9. @heywoodu your favorites are back . Yep, b-boys and b-girls. There are some downright ridiculous names.
  10. So apparently Trump called off what would have been secret peace negotiations between the Taliban and the government of Afghanistan with the US as mediator to be held at Camp David starting somewhere around 9/11. Obviously people are furious that the government would have thought of such things, but my viewpoint differs here. I think this was a step in the right direction. The dates should have been not during 9/11. However, peace talks are what’s needed. It’s what would’ve been best for the people of Afghanistan, who are the one's who suffered the most. It would have helped Afghanistan in multiple ways. It would have ended a nearly two decade war. It might have actually done good. I hope the next President is willing to facilitate such discussions.
  11. Entries known for every sport except BMX. Poland appears to be the most urban. They have a representative in every sport so far. Netherlands, France, Colombia are very urban too. Happy to see at least 3 African nations represented (Uganda, Egypt, Algeria). Overall there’s a good variance of countries participating. I’ll watch a bit of the competitions maybe.
  12. So only 11 out of 56 sports will be broadcast live . I mean I didn’t expect all 56, but I definitely expected more than 11. Plus, the 11 include sports like Football, Volleyball, etc. which are sports that may be popular, but level will be extremely low. This is the Philippines broadcast plan, so hopeful us international fans get a few more sports.
  13. Well there are better channels then Eurosport when they’re all available. I tried the online platform for and got it work a couple months back. I could at least watch Eurosport 1 and 2.
  14. Yeah VPNs can be tricky. I’ve spent $175 USD on them this year (2/3 different services). However, all the ones I’ve purchased work great. They might struggle at different times, or not always perform perfectly, but they do the job I want them too. Plus, the costumer service contacts are generally very nice, and diligent to fix problems. I’ve even got a VPN that doubles as a complete cyber security app too.
  15. The games will broadcast by the Olympic Channel. Not sure if all events/rounds will be shown. They’ve promised good coverage though.

  22. It certainly seems like that. Of course I can’t confirm that, but it’s an odd ordeal all together. I totally agree that Raiders fans should feel let down, but hopeful since they’ll actually have a player that wants to be on the team now. This season off to a very odd start. I feel like there’s been a bit more drama than usual (especially since I’m aware of anything going on in the NFL).
  23. That’s exactly what Sevens is. It has the same basic skills require to succeed in 15s, but it takes a different type of player to become successful. It also caters to a crowd which might be as enticed to watch 15s. BKB3x3 is in the Olympics by the way.
  24. No, the best Rugby Sevens players so up. 7s and 15s are too different things. I quite like the 7s format more than the 15s and that’s my opinion. However, I think 7s players are just as deserving of an Olympic spot as 15s. I don’t think Rugby’s been tampered with at all.
