  1. The plane above Ukraine was not Ukrainian.
  2. Wow, the way this general Amir Ali Hajizadeh is talking/explaining the situation is the worst acting ever....he is just standing there like "Oh well, shit happens, it's not really our fault anyway so shut up."
  3. Here comes the boom, here comes the boom...here comes the boom boom boom!
  4. Here we go again. "We hate the government, so your hotel must burn." Idiots.
  5. Oh well, there's a once in a lifetime chance (literally) to be at the Youth Olympics..
  6. Magic exists, apparently. Maybe he's The Flash and has speed healing.
  7. But only when they play the 'Wave' soundbite where one has to move their hands as a sort of wave.
  8. Dutch juniors are not very much known for being fantastic That usually comes a little later. Also: breaking a (junior) world record in Heerenveen, while said WR was set in SLC, that's quite something.
  9. Just realized it's a junior world record (!) for Kok, wtf That was 37.78 by Kim Min-sin in Salt Lake City more than two years ago
  10. Wow, 19-year old Femke Kok, still relatively unknown, throws down a 37.66 As Dutch women go, only Margot Boer (37.64) has ever been faster outside of high altitude and overall only ten women have ever been faster in Heerenveen. Wow, she comes from 38.14
  11. Cry. Not for Poliakova, but for this idiotic rule.
  12. Eckhoff, Braisaz and Öberg starting the final leg more or less together, excellent relay
  13. So far no team is mysteriously missing in the timing, so at least it was only a spectator.
  14. Ying Qu, my favourite of all Chinese, started clean
  15. Aaaaaaand DQ I wonder what they did, since simply being lapped isn't normally mentioned as DSQ
  16. Klaebo and Sundling mostly, yes. Judging by the way they finished on Alpe Cermis, that's understandable I'm happy most of the top sprinters are there, so we're definitely not getting a devalued competition, that'd be exaggerating.
  17. Blackout for Wierer
  18. Sundling didn't compete today. Lampic, Falla, Svahn, Caldwell and Fähndrich, among others, did, and those are definitely in the top of the sprinting world (which is the only thing Dresden is about). Who is and isn't there of the overall top-10 isn't very important, most top sprinters are there - a few aren't - and that's what matters.
  19. Most top women seem to be there though, considering it's a sprint. One can't expect Johaug to be there of course
  20. Looking straight into the rifle isn't the best idea, is it, @brunamoura? I nearly got a heart attack when I saw her do that in Arber two seasons ago.
  21. The most common ways have to do with the shooting. For example going out on the loop with a bullet still in your rifle. One could also seriously hinder another competitor, go out on the course with a rifle that's not properly marked by officials beforehand or firing more than five rounds in one shooting bout in an individial, mass start, pursuit or sprint - that last happened to Taynara in her debut race, where she thought she could use spare munitions Page 85 for more examples. https://res.cloudinary.com/deltatre-spa-ibu/image/upload/p2ebk3rka5c0pygc5jr2.pdf
  22. That means 7 hits!
  23. I remember a certain German who made her top-level debut in the World Championships relay and brought Germany from 8th to 1st in said debut race
