  1. Wait, so just the power play points decide who gets 50 extra points?
  2. It's so tiring/intense though, every single second feels like "oh my god NOW IT'S HAPPENING!!....oh wait, no...OH YES NOW!!! wait, no....that was noth OH MY GOD GOAL!!1" and so on
  3. @hckosice I'm watching Tampa Bay/Boston on TV, be proud
  4. Changing their name to eSwatini in the middle of the voting process killed them.
  5. Apart from Antarctica there's only two nations with less than 10 points and both of them are represented by users who are not often on Totallympics. Interesting
  6. The sentence in the last paragraph starting with "Ik ben nooit betrapt" is much better though: "I never got caught, so in my opinion I have never used doping." "I killed 59 people, but nobody saw it, so I didn't actually kill them." And duh, he was riding for Vacansoleil (with the likes of Ricco and Mosquera) and Astana, Vinokourov's merry band of gangsters where everyone starts flying as soon as they wear the blue, including Westra People suspected him just as much as the Lars Boom's, Vincenzo Nibali's, Fabio Aru's, Alexey Lutsenko's and all those Astana jokers
  7. Exactly! If that was the case, Great Britain would or would not have gotten points in my list.
  8. 11 nations left without a medal, I've left the positions of the medal table from the previous break so we can see that for example New Zealand made a huge move upwards and Algeria attacked backwards, going from 4th to 14th.
  9. I visited our neighbours across the street, who at some point when they asked me what I wanted to drink said something like "hold on, I'll just pour you a glass of white wine, a glass of red wine and a glass of champagne..". Apparently I spent 3 hours there, but all I remember is a few seconds every now and then, like flashes of a movie
  10. Actually I'd say Lithuania is the country of air sports, so I'm not surprised. Gosh, Totallympics really makes you know....stuff
  11. On a regular basis I drink wine or 'port' (regular being on average 1-2 glasses per weekend, sometimes 0 and sometimes a bit more), every now and then my guilty pleasures consists of Bailey's or 43 And during the 2017/18 New Year's I somehow felt the need to make a list out of curiousity: 1 glass of white wine 1 glass of 'glühwein' (warm wine) 2 glasses of champagne 9 glasses of red wine I did not enjoy 1 January.
  12. Someone is fishing for TISC-news.com rumours...
  13. My ex taught me that (let's say she was.....a bit experienced when it comes to drinking everything at parties in Brazil ) and I found it to be such a strange thing to do...licking salt, eating half a lemon, what the hell Drinking wine is so much easier
  14. I doubt it's the Mexican way, but I know a 'famous' way of drinking tequila involves licking up a bit of salt, throwing down the tequila in one try and then bite a lemon (or something like that)
