Šimić's form varies a lot. One year she's good but then comes a year like this when she struggles to jump 1.90. Anyway, I remember that she only jumped the opening height at London 2012 qualification, but 2 years after she was at the Euro podium. Maybe she'll again improve next year.

Why is it surprising that continental levels have more doping than the World Tour? If anything, there are more riders competing there. And also, cheating is pretty much predominant on the lower levels of the competitions, just like match fixing in tennis and football are more common at the lower levels for example. -
