  1. Congratulations to Artur, finally a gold medal! Anyway Carlos is still so young, he will sure do better next time.
  2. 3 golds already for my country we only had 1 in Incheon 2014 so this is a huge improvement.
  3. I'm watching through the youtube channel Sports5, they have livestream for lots of sports. I'm currently watching China vs Vietnam volleyball, going to switch to Philippines vs Thailand few minutes before the match start, I hope that our team can give a good fight.
  4. Congratulations Russia, finally another ice hockey gold. Congrats to the other medallists too.
  5. Lol the Russians are so good, it's so funny to see the usual people having a a severe heartache whenevers the Russians do well.
  6. So many random sports being added in this olympic edition. At least add an entertaining one like pole dancing.
  7. Philippines have almost no record of doping, our athletes are very clean. Other countries should take notes.
  8. Philippine media keeps on trying to bring down our good president. They are definitely receiving fat paychecks from the opposition.
  9. I want Algeria to host it's the only country out of the choices that has stability at the moment, morocco too but are they rich enough to afford hosting?
  10. Maybe next time I should join. In my country I like English songs more than Tagalog ones, maybe that will change in the future.
  11. I want Russia to win the 2018 world cup. Or Japan. Or some south american countries, that will be good for the sports.
  12. Denmark open and world junior championship just ended. China is a total flop in both competition. What ever happened to this team after the olympics. Lin Dan is the God of badminton but he's definitely done playing shitty tournaments, why is there no youngsters to replace him. And why is Wang Shixian not playing anymore, she's very pretty she needs to play again. This thread is dead, why is no one posting.
  13. Ah another sport that white men dominate, truly suspicious. Europeans are good at hiding their dopers. If you squeeze an average european athlete to death you will probably able to extract a glass full of doping juices.
  14. WADA trying to stay relevant by starting a pointless investigation lmao. European countries will probably be fragmented already by the time WADA come to their senses and realize that their phony investigation will lead to nothing.
  15. Where's the proof from this doctor? Lmao do they have samples that can be retested? None? Just another attempt to demonize China by the usual suspects. Doctor's probably fallen out of favor with the Chinese Communist Party, he's no threat to China, just a nuisance.
  16. Another futile attempt to discredit the Chinese success in sports. Such attempts are rightfully bound to end failure.
  17. By the way, Japan Open already started, first big tournament after the Olympics.
  18. Me too, Wang Shixian is my favorite female badminton player, I was rooting hard for her to get an Olympic spot. Since she already retired, I just want her to have a happy life, maybe get married already with Chen Long. So Tang Yuanting sort of retired too since she's not a part of the national team anymore, she's going to continue her university studies. Chinese players who retired: Zhao Yunlei, Tian Qing, Yu Yang, Wang Yihan (age 28), Wang Shixian (age 26), Tang Yuanting (age 22 ) and maybe Wang Zhengming(?).
  19. Wang Yihan is already retired, Li Xuerui is still injured plus I heard somewhere that Wang Shixian will attend university. Chinese youngsters need to step up, the only one I knew is He Bingjiao.
  20. What I get from these WADA leaks is that some athletes only need medical excuses to be able to use performance enhancing drugs.
  21. Looks like our standards when it comes to what is amazing is different. The fact that my country of 100 million people only won one bronze in these games is already amazing for me, it surely wouldn't hurt if I see China getting 107 gold medals in this paralympics edition as an amazing feat.
  22. Well, India too has a vast population but it's not easy to for them to get as much success as their Chinese counterparts. I think it's only the third time in the Paralympics history that a country got 100 plus gold medals at a single edition.
