Some details to be add: this sparring partner didn't share the hotel room with Chinese Taipei players but share the same bus between hotel and the stadium. The whole team with 33 people have to be quarantined but no others tested positive yet.

    Korean head coach Ahn Jae Chang complained 3 spectators confirmed positive from Denmark cheerleader team without wearing face masks. All other spectators are also not wearing face masks nor tested temperature before entering stadium. He also complained it's hard to buy air tickets. They failed to buy direct flight so they transit in Doha back to Korea in 18th March. The whole team will undergo the quarantine and team member felt depressed.

    Chinese badminton NT still stay in England after All England Open. Media says they have to stay there until the end of March because they aren't able to buy air tickets back to China. All direct flight tickets sold out until April.

    well it is supposed to be blocked. But porn website and forum is among the easiest websites to be unblocked and least censored relatively. Even rumor has it, at the early phase of the nation wide quarantine, the download speed for porn has been significantly upgraded as a reward for staying at home.

    3 Korean and 3 Chinese fencers participated epee Budapest stage tested positive after arriving respective home countries. All 6 fencers are with mild symptoms. These two countries conduct mass testing everyday so it’s easy to find out the patients. Hope other fencers participated this stage get tested soon.

    3 Chinese fencers have been tested positive at the Beijing airport on 16th March after coming back from Epee Grand Prix held in Budapest. All other fencing team members are currently undergoing the mandatory quarantine. They are all with mild symptoms. Good luck to all other fencers and TEST immediately.

Hard to choose which game to watch and recognize the athlete because they almost wear same NT clothes except Viktor An wearing all black. He only participated 1000m and 5000m relay.     It will not happen. Still all kinds of sport events are not allowed to hold publicly, only a few training events could be held in the national team training center without audience. Last weekend, We just held short track speed skating mock WCH with NT members and Victor An. There is no audience but live stream was available. Also some diving, shooting and athletics events held in the same way.

    This stage is a national cup only for Chinese athletes. And China skating association announced that all kinds of national speed skating and short track speed skating events would be postponed indefinitely on 2nd Feb.     Though Beijing requires everyone arriving from overseas a 14-day mandatory quarantine in arranged hotel, people are getting nervous again. To be a 'responsible superpower' and show difference with USA, government don't plan to ban any foreigners and any flights. The only good news is flights conducted by Chinese companies will partially arrive at Beijing's surrounding airports to test and quarantine the passengers.

    Hahaha He said the exact same thing as what the Chinese foreign ministry spokesman said to scold US government. He is truly an socialist and special politician. To be honest, I don’t see any chance Sleep Joe could defeat Trump. Why not democrats at least give him a chance.

    I think if things really go that bad, US government will pay the bill for the uninsured, I mean if they are really in critical condition and poor. US government already changed the policy to give free tests for everyone ( maybe with doctor's permission only), I would not be surprised if they receive free treatment afterwards. Otherwise isn't it would be too cruel for the poor but severe patients？

    The most terrible shortage should be medical resource. Once the severe patients over the medical capacity, the health system may collapse. It's always the most terrible image on my mind, hope it would not happened to any country. Take care of yourself and your family and happy new year.

    Hangzhou already object and protest the postponement of the Olympics to 2022. It will cause a series of chaos.

    A good news hopefully comfort the anxiety. The joint vaccine development of a Chinese biotech company and the army made a breakthrough today. They received the permit to conduct clinical trials and begin to publicly recruit volunteers. Also they claimed ready for mass production. The company is CanSino Biologists which is a Hong Kong listed company. It’s supposed to publish any breakthrough made to the public.

    I hope IOC decide it later in May. If decision made by current situation, it must be postponed. But what if it’s contained in May, it’s still possible.

    Haha, for both sides of these kind of news, no one actually take it seriously. I just rolled my eyes and move on. Apparently enough that Chinese official just want to satirize the American politician as the humorous same way.

    I think there is no official conclusion yet. But during the interview Chinese doctors said, for mild-symptom patients, no damage would be left. For in-beds patients, the lung damage would be left depending on the severity and the treatment methods, varying from 0%-80% damage. Mostly just slight damage I hope.
