    If you don’t understand why there is no interest in the FISU Games’ Park and Pipe events then you don’t understand Park and Pipe. It’s just not a relevant competition for those sports.

    The current deal with NBC expires after the 2032 games, so I think how LA goes matters a lot more than how Paris goes.

    Men’s moguls is one of the easiest one to answer across all events :P I actually think I’d go with Hannah Kerney on the women’s side.

    The athlete of the year for is Marie-Philip Poulin, who captained the Canadian women’s (ice) hockey team to Olympic and World golds this year.

    There is just no format for 48 teams that is as good as the current format.

    That’s more an acknowledgment that the gender of the coxwain doesn’t matter than anything else. But ya, in Tokyo for the first time two men ( Caleb Shepherd and Zhang Dechang) actually won medals in women’s events, which is def an interesting piece of trivia.

    That seems like a pretty important step for the long term survival of artistic swimming as an Olympic sport given agenda 2020 tbh. Wouldn‘t be surprised if in a decade or two it becomes a 50/50 split.

    has a good chance to get the quota eventually, this event is a lower priority than the 2024 Olympic qualifiers series. So as long as gets two of the six quotas on offer it will get redistributed.
