Prigozhin has been talking negative things about the regular Army for some time. This suggests he is being allowed to say that by someone real high... i.e. Putin himself. Putin might not be able to openly criticize the Army since that might cause a true revolt but if a third party does that then it's suddenly Putin's gain.

Like I said before the two reasons are: a) lack of promotion, I didn't realize athletics will be held in Chorzów until few days before EG and I live less than 20 kms from Chorzów itself b) EG started in the last week of school when most adults are still working and before the actual holiday period in Poland.
