    men's team has been announced. Easily the oldest bunch out there. Stefan Hula beat out Jakub Wolny and Andrzej Stekala for the last spot (purely tourism) despite competing in Continental Cup all season save for the Wisla & Zakopane WC events

    Apparently will somehow compete in the Team Event since we are 15th in Nations Cup or something All thanks to basically one woman doing results in one event. We are sending FIVE skiers to Beijing which is absurd given we have zero operational slopes for pro skiers here (the Nosal slalom course has last been renovated around 1986 IIRC). Unlike other countries we don't care if we don't have a shot at Top 8 or Top 16. Just squeeze in as many athletes as possible

    Bengals win 26-19. Their first playoff win since 1990 season which snaps the longest post-season win drought in NFL (and major American leagues) history. Bills vs Patriots starts in 20 minutes!

    Where have you been the last 15 years? Russia got what their wanted (Nord Stream 2) so they can rock the EU boat from underneath the surface again. I mean Europe has done nothing about Georgia, War In Donbass and Syria... and Nord Stream 2. The list goes on and on. The "leave us alone" approach has never worked against Russia. They only left others alone when they had to deal with internal issues.

    Paula Badosa beats Barbora Krejcikova in a third set tie-break to win Sydney WTA 500 title. Up to #6 in the rankings now. Madison Keys lost only three games to win the Adelaide title.
