Tail wind for Bjoerseth and she tumbles down in heavy fashion.

Three

The live scoring is once again not working properly, just like in Tokyo, even with less events. Is it really that hard to build a live scoring system for the Games that actually works?
Live timing on FIS site does work though

Simon deffo has the ski speed. She can cause an upset in mass start if she shoots well.
Nawrath always seems to do best in relays. He can't quite get in together in individual races though.

Avvakumova 95 meters and takes the lead.

They finally raised the gate by two. Minimal wind but swirling. Men would have jumped in these conditions.

Our commentators just said that the first thing he did was force young girls to start jumping at the 90m hills, thus moving them up several hill sizes. When the proper procedure is to move up bit by bit, because of speed differences. They called it brutal training.
Kruczek's reputation is absolutely tarnished among Polish fans. However he is one of federation boss' Tajner's loyal men dating back to his athlete days so he has found a soft landing spot with our women. We're going backwards here hand over fist.

Rajda & Konderla below 70 meters. Lukasz Kruczek is an absolute disgrace as head coach.

The Swedes are traditionally never really strong at altitude, aren't they? At least I can never really remember any top performances. The Norwegians, French and Russians are traditionally strong in Antholz at altitude, so no surprise for me the result, even if it was constantly back and forth. The best have prevailed.
Yeah, it seems like whomever does good in Antholz should do good here as well.

I'm all in for Slovenia, but still can't knock off that feeling of Takanashi and ski-jumping. I'm still programed of her winning everything for 7 years.
Nope, it's not gonna happen. She blew it twice already in 2014 & 2018 and there will be no redemption here either.
