I know this is a "dream" choice, but the OC are on the 23rd. amd Formiga is playing on the 21st and 24th hours away from Tokyo.  Otherwise, I'd like to see her there, too.

I would pick Sara Slott and Lasse Norman Hansen. Sara made history in Rio and has been a great a ambassador for athletics and Lasse has medals from the last 2 games and will become historical if he takes 2 this time (which certainly isn't impossible)

Male - Ed Clancey (cycling) although I'd also be happy with Mo Sbihi (rowing), Adam Dixon (hockey) or Geraint Thomas (cycling) - we've had a Scot the last two times , so we're due a Welshman).

Female - Jade Jones (taekwondo) - another Welsh choice (No, I'm not Welsh!)
