number of points is the next tie break (not the points difference)

 

so I guess Hungary was very lucky that last punch didn't counted for Kazakhstan

 

now it's JOR 7, HUN 6, GER 6 and KAZ 5

 

Hungary and Germany will qualify with a friendly 0-0 draw. Kazakhstan is the one who has to win.

So this pretty much means that regardless of the other match  and  qualifies with a friendly draw.... this fucking system.

btw draw is still possible even in case of 2-2 or 3-3 or more but under special circumstances, that's rare but possible.

 

Germany and Hungary will play the last match of Group. otherwise a 0-0 wouldn't guarantee them the quota. now they will start match knowing what happened in the previous match.

that means Kazakhstan and Hungary are 100% qualified. Germany most probably will join them soon.
