K-2 1000

2 cuotas Josef CZE + JPN (cuota Organizing Country ) = RUS

K-1 1000

HUN + POR+SVK+BLR +ARG

K-1 200

SWE

The host quota would go to the next highest ranked nation in the K1 1000m, it does not get added to the pool of quotas.

The above table looks correct, kind of wished ICF was more clear about the host quota.

At least this also confirms that POL will get the +1 quota in women's canoe, not Japan. Now we only have one debatable situation left, in men's canoe with CZE and BLR.

That can only happen if ICF isn't using the first step of the allocation for some reason.

No unless another boat declined the quota

Ok, so if get it. In K1 1000 :CZE declines a quota. As it is the only reallocation in kayak men, it goes to the next K1 1000, which is :BLR. But also :JPN declines its host quota, so it goes to :FRA, which is already qualified, so goes to :ESP, that has too many kayak men athletes qualified, so also declines it and goes to :ARG. Am I wright?

I think technically the host quota goes to :BLR and then the declined athlete quota eventually goes to :ARG. Regardless we have the same result.

There is extremely high turnout, and no pollster, politician, or newspaper had predicted it; now they’re all there throwing out data. No one has any idea why people voted, also because it was very technical and almost empty polling stations were expected. It will be interesting to understand whether this is a protest vote against the government or a protest vote against the judiciary.
