Women's Volleyball Qualification to Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympic Games

And furthermore: in my opinion Turkey has a great chance to host the qualifier, because their coach Guidetti is in the technical commission that advices (or even decides) how the qualification process goes and where the qualification tournaments will be played.

It's official, here the document from FIVB:

It's going to be a disaster for European teams, looking at the World Ranking probably we will have a group with Italy and Netherlands and another one with Serbia and Turkey

2018 WCH will obviously replace 2014 WCH, for the rest I've read that the VNL should not count...I guess we will know it only when FIVB release the update.

What bother me is that there is still no men's ranking although world championships ended some time ago. I hope this does not mean that FIVB members are working on some new methods for build rankings.

Is this correct?

    • If anyone is interested, here is a link to a GeoGuessr Challenge.   It's in single player. There are 5 rounds total, and you have to pinpoint on a map as close as you can to the actual location that you spawned at. For this particular challenge, you have a time limit of 10 minutes per round and you can move as much as you want.   Since this is Totallympics, thought this particular map would be an appropriate theme. There is a flag at the start of each location that's supposed to help you identify where you are.   You can do this challenge at any time (no need to coordinate times with other users) and you only need a regular account, not a premium account.

    • The 6 teams is very disappointing, but I think there would be no chance the MLB would allow players is the competition took the entire length of the Olympics. Giving players one week off is manageable, two weeks is near impossible from the MLB perspective.   IOC probably had to decide between having 8-12 teams w/o MLB players or 6 teams with possibly having MLB players.
