Nah, I'd argue it's much better than C1 200 m.

 

That one is basically reaching gender equality with an event for disabled (much like with monobob).

In Spain Carlos Garrote, 2018 World Champion in K1 200 will miss the Olympics because we will send K4 500 + K2 1000 and he didn't make it into the K4.

There has to be one reallocation because we can't have 7 quotas in men's kayak. As I said, I think it will be +1 for  but I am not 100% sure.

 and  have the largest teams with 17-17 athletes. Germany is missing one in women's canoe, we are missing one in men's canoe.

I don't think so, but this qualification system is such a mess that I am not sure about anything.

C-2 1000, K-1 500 and C-1 200

 

A real shame that the C-2 500 by draw has run down Calle 3, I am sure that in the streets below they would have gotten the quota without problems
