Have a question about the qualification system. 

 

It says the UCI World Ranking by Nation will be through October 22nd, 2018 - October 27th, 2019. Do you know if they will reset the nation rankings on October 22nd or will they just use what they have now for the 2018 Season. Not sure if that makes any sense but thanks.

No, they will not remove results from 22-27 October 2018. Everything from the stated period will count as usual.

Nation ranking and Olympic qualification ranking should be different, the starting point is zero and then they will add only the newly acquired points. In theory, the leading nation of the nation ranking may be different from the Olympic ranking leader

      The Ukrainian Gymnastics Federation (UGF) has announced that it will file a formal complaint against Sofiia Ilteriakova. The federation is demanding that Ilteriakova’s results at the Sofia World Cup—where she won silver with the hoop—be annulled due to unsportsmanlike conduct.
