Fun fact, thanks to the mixed team qualification, will compete in men's individual archery for the first time since 1980!   Their women on the other hand are very much Olympic regulars.

the tournament was to take place in Fiji in March or April

It’s postponed, yet not cancelled as of last week.

 

But I’m guessing it eventually be scrapped

According to this, the Oceanian Qualification Tournament has been cancelled.

 

The quota will be allocated at the Final Qualification Tournament (to the highest ranked Oceanian athlete).

It looks like at least two athletes need to compete for the Oceania quota to be valid.

Unbelieveable! They screwed Mongolia big time.

 

They are treating this :PRK North Korean withdrawal as something crazy and unprecedented, while in reality it just calls for simple a reallocation according to the qualification document.

Yeah, as I understand the reallocation rules, :MGL should receive a women’s quota, with the men’s quota then returned to the world qualification event since Mongolia already has a male archer.

      Yea she did not meet the minimum points. Since the event doesn't have enough qualifiers, its possible the FIS still grants her a quota
