MAGNIFICENT MARY ...........................:bowdown:........... We will miss the smiling Mangte Chungneijang , the lady with the dancing feet , with hands of steel .........

to be honest I always felt she was always going to be over matched moving from the 45-48 which she dominated to 50 where she was so much smaller and with much less reach ............ but she coped the very best way she can and in this match I felt it was 50-50 match ...................... Goodbye Mary

Yaaa...Blaming judges doesn't help...Even me too thought German had complete game plan against Mary...Felt she was over done by the game of opponent...

She had ruled the world for 10 years...Unfortunate that there was no Olympics for Women in that time...

Still he climbed the weight group and got the bronze last time...

salute to the Best boxer of India...

@Smit @RickygoestoRio Cutting down the weight looks better than climbing...we have seen great MC too struggling with the size and structure...especially today she was oversized by opponent.

Devastated with Mary's loss. German had a great game plan (open stance similar to India's Akhil Kumar) to affect Mary's usual game play. #EndOfAnEra #Legend

So sad ..

Even Indians get selected..AIBA will not let us to move to the medal round that's a different story

    • Yeah. It was pretty bad that they cancel the contract with the original creative director after 7 months of work. I feel like politics, in this particular context of the changing of prime minister and the cabinet, may had caused changes in organizational decisions regarding the Sea Games including the direction of the opening ceremony.
    • That's what I figured.  Wouldn't be a proper lead up to an Olympics without some media-fueled fearmongering.
    • Today : Jordan 3-0 Egypt  This team will surprise us
    • option no.2 for sure, as it's been all this shitstorm organized by the nhl owners through their embedded reporters   ps not that the north american audience looks really aware of the hockey rules and habits outside the nhl (and around their game, too, since they look not to know that just a couple of weeks ago they played 2 nhl matches on an ice sheet of the exact same size of Milan's olympic arena)
    • Are we supposed to take Daly's word for it or is this just public posturing to try and shame the Milan organizers (which they certainly deserve for all the delays) in order to threaten NHL participation?
