I don't know anything about women's rugby but losing to Fiji in the 7s isn't exactly unexpected?

Not unheard of, but losing so badly to them and then to France to miss the quarterfinals is unacceptable.  They're basically ranked 3rd.

Based on the comments by some of the coaches/management there clearly is some tension between the women and the people who run the program.

 

It might be time to clean house...
