Not at all. Everyone is free to express themselves. It's like i said, more of a morale stand point.

Doesn’t seem like there should be much of a moral issue. “I’m going to let those people over there live their life how they want, and I live mine how I want.” The end.

Said a citizen of the country, where the head of the Supreme Audit Office was renting a hotel rooms with hourly counting to the mafia's prostitutes.

Sex always sells. I can only second guess what businesses all these politicians control in private? One case made it to the press and it's not even the tip of the iceberg :p

You sir, have not seen my parties :p (This is 100% a joke, I’ve never even held hands with a girl/guy, so orgy would be a rather large step)

This whole statement shows that you’ve never been to SoCal :p (except the slavery part. We never endorsed slavery, and we don’t joke about that)

I'm talking about people in undisputed power. Compared to a Roman Emperor, you're a stellar ash :p

George Washington was a slave owner and everyone is fine with that some 200+ years later (I mean his face is still on the one dollar bill, right?). This is why things socially acceptable change over time. No way a slave owner gets elected as President in XXI century  In 200 years men kissing men on the street will be socially acceptable in Poland too but I wouldn't bet my house on this :mumble:

Well, 39 GOP Senators have officially signed the paperwork needed to ask the US Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade (the decision that legalized abortion). The fight for women’s rights begins today. California will be the first to challenge the decision if it’s overturned.

Fact we’re in the ‘Twenties’ sounds so weird. It’s so synonymous with the 1920s. Sounds like a bygone era when women were still fighting for their rights, the upper classes were living a life of hedonism whilst people starved & the world was on the verge of financial ruin and war.

Every day makes me fall in love with Trump more and more.   Hopefully in 2024 his son runs.   There really shouldn't be any other president in America that doesnt have the last name of Trump

    • those who say that in the future, due to global warming and lack of snow, all sports at the Winter Olympics will have to be held indoors. Do you even think about what you are talking about? The FIS Cross-Country World Cup distances are 20 km skiathlon and 50 km mass start. Is there even a facility in the world that can host 20 and 50 km races? Is it possible? Well, let's imagine that such a facility was built somewhere in Paris and Monaco. Les Rousses spent so much money on building the tracks and infrastructure and then kicked it out of the FIS Cross-Country World Cup because Paris and Monaco, which have more money came to the FIS Cross-Country World Cup. Places like Les Rousses would simply go bankrupt trying to popularize the FIS Cross-Country World Cup, do we really need that?
    • Any word about TV Coverage?  Discovery has the five senior races as normal, but no sign of the age group races.  Locked away on Belgian payTV?
    • Ah good, was wondering what the relationship of Endurance Rowing was to Coastal Rowing.  They're wimping out a bit holding it at Genoa though, would prefer somewhere a bit more storm-tossed.
    • This was pretty fun to watch  Coverage was fine, racing was fun, no problem at all.
    • Thanks @phelps for gathering information   but World Skate is an Olympic federation now, yet they can't provide a basic result system for their main event.    OK I'm not asking for a live score system, but how hard it is to post results in PDF after each event ?    not talking about the sport but this IF doesn't deserve to be in the Olympics.
    • from Thursday, Sept. 12th through Sunday, Sept. 15th,  Genua hosts the Coastal Rowing World Championships in the Olympic Format (Beach Sprint)   it's the first championship since the discipline has been elected to the Olympic stage   last week, the Endurance World Championships were also held in Genua     the champions:   CW1x:  Monika Dukarska   CM1x:  Finlay Hamill   CW2x:  Katharina Lobnig, Magdalena Lobnig CM2x:  Igor Khmara, Stanislav Kovalov CW4x+:  Anna Sarah Sophie Souwer, Kiri English-Hawke, Marieke Keijser, Karolien Florijn, Dieuwke Fetter CM4x+:  Yuriy Ivanov, Mykola Mazur, Ivan Futryk, Ivan Dovhodko, Anastasiia Kozyr CMix2x:  Patricio Rojas Aznar, Amanda Gil Camacho
    • One more nation to reach decent number of 30 participants.
    • Inline Slalom   women's Slalom   Gold:  Mona Heller Silver:  Lorenza Cesaris Bronze:  Manuela Schmohl   men's Junior Slalom   Gold:  Mattia Pè Silver:  Christian Rondi Bronze:  Marcos Arias Sanchez
    • Judging always takes two or three minutes in these competitions - longer even for possible medal runs - for reasons above, so just saying DNI is a way of saying it's not worth comparing a fall on the third hit to a fall on the fourth hit since neither are going to affect the overall.
