I made a small review of the responses to yesterday's CAS decision:

 

British International Olympic Committee (IOC) member Adam Pengilly:

"It is a desperate and dark day for sport, with cheats and thieves allowed to triumph. CAS has failed here. We need to take a long, hard look at sport's leading administrators and sport's legal system when we see the greatest fraud at an Olympic Games and years of institutional doping conspiracy pass by with only minor punishment.Today I have found myself apologising to individual athletes who have had dreams, medals, money and most importantly, faith in sport, stolen from them"

Here's the bastard. Instead of apologizing to Tretyakov and Nikitina, he apologizes to others

 

WADA president Craig Reedie:

 "It's not good news because it creates confusion and it creates dismay in the minds of all the clean athletes who have been affected by this institutionalised conspiracy that has been going on in Russia for years."

 

Chief of USADA Travis Tygart:

"Slamming dozens of cases through the process on the eve of the Olympic Games has not served justice and as such the integrity of the Games has been sabotaged. The whole sorry mess truly stinks and the nightmare continues for clean athletes. This must change."

 

Rodchenkov's lawyer Jim Walden:

"Clean sport is dead"

 

Only Americans, British and Canadians are terribly unhappy. They show that they dont recognize the court's decision and want to change the judicial system. They will never calm down and will fight against Russia always. The entire rest of the world was welcomed and accepted by the CAS decision. Nobody said anything wrong. People either remain silent, because they are afraid either to support Russia, the decision of the CAS and clean Russian athletes who are accused, insulted and banned without any evidence.

We wait, that Dick Pound will tell. It's time for Russia to understand that these people are cynical, hypocritical, cruel. They dont recognize the courts and laws, they are fighting against Russia and not against doping. They carry out the order. And you cannot cooperate with them. The decisions of the Oswald Commission - this was an attack on clean sports and on clean athletes. CAS proved this. Now WADA, British and Americans are tearing their ass. Sport should be without politics. I very much hope that justifiable athletes sued million claims from the IOC. It should not happen again never

Beckie Scott is a gold medalist because of two Russians doping. Its ingrained within the country's sport system.
