Congratulations referees, you were the best players of Denmark today.  Anyway, great evolution of our team, I hope they can beat Montenegro on Friday.
And what a day for Toft, she was simply wonderful! :bowdown:

Oh girls, how you could lost to Czech Republic after beating Sweden?  Czech girls were very good after 45 minute till end. Anyone know if Hungary are good, decent or weak team?

Now I know, congarts for deserving win. I'm sad that tournament is over for us (I don't care about matches in "President Cup") in such way, when we made a surprise in first match and beat Sweden :(

I didn't dare to write it yesterday! Our team is Janus-faced.

Norway :bowdown: They are in the most difficult group, but with them seems to be the easiest.

Group A is the most difficult one here IMO , but Norway is for sure the favourite team to win

Japan qualifies officially to R16 after defeating Tunisia 31-13 , this means 4th spot in this group will be between Brazil and Montenegro who'll play in less than an hour

    • There will be specialized double sculls...just not for an NOC if it is entering singles specialists.   Either enter 2 singles specialists, or 1 XD specialist pair.   But they can in theory compete in both events, I guess, if they qualify...our top M, I think, does both.   But there are 17M, 17W, and 30 Pairs allotted in the quota, so I don't think the intent is that every singles entry will be in doubles.   (Perhaps this gets to fall in line with Weightlifting, where due to max entry quota, an NOC can't enter in every event, even if they have the best athletes...here, unless you have a pair who qualifies in both.)

    • I read the Olympic qualification documents for weightlifting. A country can have the opportunity to send a maximum of 4 athletes in one gender, but the conditions are very strict.
    • world champion Jessica Schilder opened her season up with 19.78 in France.
    • wait! what???   so, there won't be specialized double sculls, but those boats would have to feature 2 single specialists if a Nation wants to enter 2 proper singles M+W??? tell me I misread the expalaination...
