Oksana Zheleznyak (:KAZ goalkeeper):

Ball going wide, touches it for no reason (and it's slow so she should hold it), corner

Whenever she saves it falls over for two minutes because she came in with an injury

We should have had a penalty and a goal that was not given for fake offside (Bronze also dived and got no yellow)

Somehow half time is only :ENG 1-0 :KAZ

As now we come across the world

Great spell:

63' SUB Kirby/Christiansen on for Taylor/Williams [1-0]

64' YELLOW Babshuk [1-0]

64' GOAL Kirby PEN [2-0]

69' GOAL Parris [3-0]

69' SUB Vlassova on for Gaistenova [3-0]

75' GOAL Parris [4-0]

76' GOAL Christiansen [5-0]

Full time score :ENG 5-0 :KAZ should have been more. Refs were poor, gave a pen that wasn't, didn't give one that was, ruled out a goal unfairly. But who cares when we win 5-0

Well, when we speak about luck. Our team is really great in this Q, but they are really without luck :( First we lost against Finland (own goal) at the end of match. then Spain beat us 2:1 with goal in 92min.

And few days ago we played 1:1 against Austria in Austria and Austria was in SF at EC last year. And btw our team is very young and in next qualification circle they will be serious team.

After we lost points with Albania, we simply HAVE to beat :SCO :cheer:

My favourite Volleyball position: LIBERO. You ask why? Look here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZyIOarNAONk

Nah, we'd rather Scotland qualify because we always beat them

    • If Colturi were to return to Italy, we will have another super duo after Goggia and Brignone. If Colturi has to return, it would be right now, when alpine skiing is so popular here. There are still girls like Pirovano, who are quite young and are already started winning. Alpine skiing in Italy is similar to ski jumping in Poland: there are speak about no young talents, but there is always someone new – it is a matter of the popularity of these sports in these countries and the large amounts of money invested in them.

    • Holdener beat Aicher for 2nd place by 0.04 so Aicher has to win the last GS to have any chance for the overall (trails Shiffrin by 85 pts).
    • Shiffrin wins by 1.32 secs! Business as usual
    • Anna Trocker takes the lead despite a big mistake. Maybe there is some future for  alping skiing
