But what will happen if Tunisia lose but also every other African team loses? What counts? Points difference?

There will be a round for eliminated teams with groups for positions 17-32. Even eliminated teams still have many games to play, Nigeria just needs that Tunisia doesn't advance to top 16 to have a chance.
