How many athletes will be in the heats in the Olympics? I was convinced it was 6 in snowboardcross and now all of a sudden I'm watching the World Cup (no spoilers please in an answer to this post, I'm watching delayed :p ) with 4 athletes per heat, confusing :d

in Torino 2006 and Vancouver 2010 there were 4 athletes per heat, in Sochi there were 6...

so, I guess there will be 6 also in Pyeongchang...:mumble:

EDIT: I did find the competition format and rules...in the Olympic SBX events there will be 6 guys per heat, it's official...

    • Yeah. It was pretty bad that they cancel the contract with the original creative director after 7 months of work. I feel like politics, in this particular context of the changing of prime minister and the cabinet, may had caused changes in organizational decisions regarding the Sea Games including the direction of the opening ceremony.
    • That's what I figured.  Wouldn't be a proper lead up to an Olympics without some media-fueled fearmongering.
    • Today : Jordan 3-0 Egypt  This team will surprise us
