Because team sprints and relays (especially in short distances) are not a simple matter of athlete 1 + athlete 2 = total result

It's completely the same attack as last year. Looks like that's the thing for scratch races, attack with 5-6 laps to go.

That's what you get in races where there is no country with 2 athletes, because nobody is going to really stage a counter-attack since that'll destroy their own chances
