No, it's called fifa arab cup with half of team A , 100 %A for some teams

They added much points for Qatar and few miserable points for  the winner, because we didn't give money , we stay 3rd in Africa what a SCAM

FIFA annulled some of the Olympic team matches in the 60s and 70s before - even though they were played before the U-21 eligibility era. I see they found new ways to manipulate the "official" statistics even in the era where everyone is a professional football player by design.
