He got 800 points in the sprint race. He needs to drop that by a further 500 points and has to do that 5 times. It doesn't look good

Madagascar has a new athlete... 16 year old Mialitiana Clerc. She was only 3 seconds behind the winner in her first race so it's safe to assume that she was well within 140 FIS points (FIS points yet to be published). Although, saying that now I see it's only 55 seconds race, but I imagine it still should be enough.

She should be safe to qualify!

Interestingly, the other Malagasy skier got really close to 140 points in today's races. Sadly for him, this is the last day of racing in South Africa, but it looks more promising now.
