He was ranked 93 at the time of qualification and everybody up to 89 (who wanted to go to Rio) has qualified for Rio.

90,91.92 were from countries who already have maximum quota so Evans was called up.

Unfortunately he has a shoulder injury and "personal problems"

Tsonga with Monfils in doubles? Please I can see their match. And if would they play against Federer/Wawrinka it should be top priority in olympic Schedule (it doesn´t matter if there would Phelps or Bolt in the same time).

He was already added to the ITF's list. Kukushkin withdrew.

I think it's Allertova (CZE), but not sure. Mirza Basic wasn't next in line if we look at rankings.
