I was hearing the finish of the Pan Am Championships woman's race when their crazy as hell dictator decided it was time to start spitting the delusional speeches he's used to give...

 

How crazy this has been; few days ago the Championships were at risk because the host city doesn't have a functioning airport/airfield, so they had instructed teams to arrive to a Colombian city just across the border; however that particular border cross is closed because Venezuela's government has been acussing the Colombian authorities and civilians of taking advantage and illegally proffiting of the terrible shortage of goods the country has been suffering. Thus the organizers had to practically beg their authorities to temporarily open the border to the few shuttles they send to pick up the foreign delegations.
