Sweden is getting decimated by injuries. They are already down Carlsson and Brodin and possibly Nylander and others.

Frida Karlsson? Ok, it`s about hockey :)

This is my first Olympics on the forums...is there any sort of guessing game where we try to predict the podiums at each event?  (Slash, would there be any interest if not?)

Up to the 2024 games, there used to be regular prediction contests but since then, the prediction contest manager stepped down and no ones stepped up to replace them.

Maybe I'll try to come up with something if I have the time if there's enough interest.

Leo Carlsson. He's one of the best under 23 ice hockey players in the world.

Why not???

Until a few months ago, Spain were strong favorites to win a medal in the mixed relay—I would have bet any amount on it.
The problem is that in October Ana Alonso Rodríguez was hit by a car, suffering a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and medial collateral ligament (MCL) with bone edema in the knee, a malleolar fracture, and an acromioclavicular joint dislocation.
She has returned to racing, but she’s in a lot of pain and can’t be competitive; we saw that as well at the Courchevel World Cup

Ah yes, I saw that.

But Oriol wasn’t involved in that, and he has a strong chance still
