Women's medley is our strongest relay event

The one positive about the women's relay missing the final is that it's one less swim for Summer and MSH (although Summer probably would've been off it anyways? Who knows).

Also if you told me that we would have two different swimmers go 1:46 and 3:46 in the 200 and 400 free events, there's no way I would've believed you. What great progress!

Ruck had a nice split as well, so it’s encouraging for the medley/mixed medley relays!
