Most of our biggest disaster disciplines are all just today  

 

Gonna be a pretty depressing day, but hoping for some PBs in the women's and men's 100 metres.

 

Women's 5000, Men's triple jump, 3000m steeple and our 1500m runner doing the 800m is just going to be us trying to avoid 16th :/
