That must be new then.  Or maybe just for the Worlds, because historically they have not been able to compete.  The sprinter Zharnel Hughes is from Anguilla and must compete for us.

Ok, just looked it up.   Montserrat and Anguilla can compete at Worlds and Commonwealths, but not at the Olympics.

I remember the whole Zharnel Hughes thing, it was so unfortunate he had no choice but to switch to

woke up and omphhh Payton not making it and knowing he was injured....yeah he earned his spot there but i would imagine he was planning on a medal based on how the season was going,could of given his spot up for Joe if this was the likely outcome
