Sorry bro. I didn't expect that. Wondering who would go . The only possibility is probably Jencova. Or maybe they are planning to exchange one female quota for a male quota with another NOC?

Yep. Well except  returned 1 quota which will move to China

 

So sorry for Kira, but especially gutted for the crap the federation did to her with nominating her and everything, while she was not even qualified at all. Total amateurism and  misleading incompetent behavior.

 

Being Kira´s parents I would file a criminal complaint for irresponsible lies followed by destruction of a dream
