10 days done and dusted, less than a week to go. How are you feeling about the games up until this point?

Average after Day 4 - 6,71

Average after Day 6 - 6,04

Average after Day 8 - 6,52

Personally, I'm done with the games. Tokyo was the best for me.

This time I choose 3, because our men's volleyball team finally qualified to semifinal after 20 years of failures. It could be more, but no medals from Fajdek, Nowicki and Wasick lowered this.

In total (not the :HUN team performance) is 7 maybe 8

As far as the performance of :HUN is concerned: 5 so far. A lot of will depend on the canoe and kayak events.

Loving it, as I have done from the beginning :d

Some unfortunate moments* on Totallympics (come on people, stop spoiling sports results in threads of other sports, I get that not everyone cares about that, but some do and there's no reason to do it...) makes it a 9 instead of a 10, but otherwise, fantastic.

*just some moments, otherwise I'm of course also loving the Olympics on Totallympics as always :d

.

Imo clearly best sog ever. Sure, our results don't let me to enjoy them like they deserve but this is not Paris sog problem. First time during European time sog i tried to watch everything on max, i'm not sure if this is the best choice. London, Sydney, Athens were also very good.

I fell in love with sports.....since i first seen it

So...Paris 10. Poland 2 but i expected the worst sog for Poland sińce 1952, i've expeessed it before the games in Polish thread.

I fell in love with sports.....since i first seen it

9/10

not good Olympics for Team Poland so far but whatever! I love these games!!! So busy watching everything on Max that I just have no time to be active here. Beautiful games. Greetings to everyone here!!!

    • The tournament is over for Mathilde Fantin – unfortunately, a big loss for the Italy. Tomorrow we play a semifinal against France – if we win, we'll have a grand final against Hungary on Friday. Everything will be clear then, bacouse the final match against China should be a formality. In any case, we've already achieved our best result ever in our history, or at worst scenario – 3rd place in Division 1A.

    • Super runner, good guy, sadly never entirely recovered from ripping his leg to shreds in the act of going sub 10, but as you say a key relay man for the better part of a decade, and a European and World Champion, and a reminder that talent doesn't always come in obvious looking boxes -a breakthrough sprint athlete for many of middle eastern and north african heritage.

    • Anže Kopitar (Ice Hockey) (will retire after the NHL playoffs this year)  Jonathan Quick (Ice Hockey)   Two of the biggest pieces of the LA Kings core that won two Stanley Cups during the early 2010's   Along with the two Stanley Cups, Kopitar also won the best defensive forward award two times and a leadership award in 2022.   Quick was the Stanley Cup playoff MVP in 2012 and also won an Olympic silver medal in 2010.
    • Duno. To me the most interesting question is the short term is whether Poilievre survives this or not. It will be tough for him to justify his leadership.
