I think this we already know right? Seeds have been released and the seeds who will be drawn together for the quarterfinals are already known. So the draw makes sense. Just need to fill in the gaps once final draw is released.

Yes that's correct but any last minute withdrawal/change can change this

 

for example 74kg bracket is wrong, because Tsabalov is added now and he will be seed #7
