Kayak Cross has potential, but what the f is the blocking part? WTF? In any other sport that would probably get you some sort of penalty

but why ? it was the best canoe slalom event. The only true real canoe slalom discipline which required absolute cooperation of both crew members, perfect paddling skills, absolute strength and race IQ, foresight and concentration and all this together in perfect synchro with the teammate. Canoe Slalom C2 was The best and most demanding discipline in the Olympic program and those bastards knocked it out

Much as I personally like it, outside of the countries where canoe slalom is a thing, I think people have similar feelings with this as with doubles luge :p ('silly')

I definitely dislike it being out, by the way. I know I'm in danger by saying people might see it that way, so I'll just stress again: I do like C-2 :d
