Not saying you’re talking about me, but it would be freaking hilarious if Saunders talked about US sweeping the Olympic podium (obviously not gonna happen now) only to miss the Olympic final herself 

 

Women’s shot put is a wide open field of course, and it wasn’t impossible, but come on. It’s not like Lyles, who has backed up his talk, time and time again (besides the WR’s bit)
