I mean, she *did* pull her back by the arm. You can't do that. If she had just barged her a bit more, she'd probably have got away with it.

 

But I agree that Tsegay was the cause of it. She was trying to cut in when there wasn't really space. Whatever Faith did was going to have some negative reaction to her. She just chose probably the worst option she could.
