How many quotas are awarded in womens 49er FX, 3 or 5? Our sailing federation says that its 3 and unused Oceanian and African quotas will be awarded to emerging nations, its true?

There's no Emerging Nations Programe outside of IQFoil and ILCA, so I asume it's 5 up for grabs.

      It appears tickets are starting at $28 for the preliminary round events as when I went to verify my account you could see some of the prices under the exit banner, I believe this is already more expensive than the Paris tickets.
