With  and  losing, all three would have same points from WTT. 

From Continental Competitions:  has 250,  286 and  378.

Now onto Singles: 

 

New total for  (Singles ranking 15) : 1136,  (SR 16) 1005  (SR 17) 760

 (SR 12): 866  (SR 13): 1023 (SR 14) 1272

 

So, new PSR should be  

 

So,  with SR 13 would get 784 points (Total points: 2106),  with SR 15 would get 672 (2030) and  with SR 17 would get 574 (2024)

 

Infact Poland would be at 2114 (assuming same SR). So, by my calculations  is the one who will miss out.
