12 Nations, 4 Groups, the 1st and 2nd Nations from each Group will qualify for the Quartelfinals, the 2 best and 3rd Nations beteween the all Groups will qualify for the Quartelfinals

8 Nations, Quartelfinals, Semifinals, Bronze Medal Match, Gold Medal Match, the winning Nation will be the Women's Basketball Tournamnt at the Asian Games 2023 Champion
