 and  will face-off in the quarterfinals of women’s basketball, which probably means one of the three or four top teams in the tournament will leave without a chance of medal.  will a fantastic opportunity as a result.

Cisse , Eseme , Zango , and Koala  are probably the headliners of the athletics entries. A decent amount of entries even with Canada, Quebec, France, Luxembourg, New Brunswick, and Wallonia missing. I do think the level will be lower than six years ago though.

Pointed this out before, but any country whose aristocracy talked French in the 19th century counts as a Francophone country, no matter what language the serfs spoke.
