Ice climbing feels like it fits exactly in the category of sports you wouldn't want at the Winter Olympics (winter versions of summer sports) :p

Like ice hockey of course, another winter version of a summer sport.

May not be a sport I'd want to have included at the games.

We already have Nordic combined which is so similiar .

It is not though. At all.

If you'd like to help our fellow Totallympics member Bruna Moura get to the 2026 Winter Olympics, after her car crash on the way to the 2022 Olympics, every tiny bit of help would be greatly appreciated! Full story and how to help can be found here!

Yeah, exactly for that reason I am against roller sports being included.

However, considering that roller sports didn't make the cut even with this new extra sports rule, looks like there is nothing to worry about.

Last weekend's Supercars (final races of the season), some NFL highlight videos afterwards and in the afternoon track cycling, cross-country skiing and Nordic combined.

today it's time for some Sport Climbing (women's Olympic qualifier) on Youtube, some NFL Football (last night's match-ups) on NFL GamePass, Nordic Combined and Cross-Country Skiing on  Eurosport and some live College Football on ABC & CBS through USTVNow service (free package)...

Except Ice Climbing is a legitimate winter sport. It uses specialized equipment, and has a long history. There’s not a lot in common with Sport Climbing. Plus, the IOC recognized them as two separate sports all together.

Right, Slovenians love hockey too, pretty logical though, it´s simply the best, fastest, physically extremely demanding and most attractive sport :)

and just for the topic, this is not only Slovaks trauma, the Slovenians are angry as well
