Well, this is quite bizzarre...

2019 Asian Championships had a Hong Kong judge who withdrew from judging in freestyle because she suddenly didn't feel well. Today she passed away...

:DEN Denmark showed their cards today.

Cathrine Dufour & Bohemian - 83.043% :hatoff:

Carina Cassoe Kruth & Danciera - 76.413% :woot:

Anders Dahl & Fidelio - 73.978% - and this is about as high as they will go...

Daniel Bachmann Andersen & Zepter - 73.913% - just too many mistakes :dunno:

Even more impressive second day for the Danes.

Cathrine Dufour & Bohemian - 82.681%

Carina Cassoe Kruith & Danciera - 80.106% :hyper:

Daniel Bachmann Andersen & Zepter - 78.745% :hatoff:

Anders Dahl & Fidelio - 75.532%

Cathrine, Carina and Daniel appear to be the dream team at the moment... But let's wait and see what Anna Kasprzak and much-hyped Nanna Merrald can do. It will also be crucial to gather whether or not Carina can sustain this form.

What the hell. People are already talking about Denmark taking team gold.

This is a good start, but they have their work cut out if they want to be a shoe-in for any medal.

Yeah, at best this puts them into the conversation for a medal. If they can repeat this performance they will likely get a medal, but the best they could do is silver IMO. Germany would need to have a horrible day to not win team gold in dressage right now.

That's new (for me)...I thought Tim Lips was one of the many decent participants who only had like a tiny chance for a medal if everything went absolutely perfect.
