According to the Olympics site, it starts at 15:00.

The football matches  -  and - start at 15:00 in Paris timezone, then rugby 7s   -  at 15:30 and rugby 7s  -  at 16:00.

My timezone isn’t anywhere near Paris so I’m bound to make mistakes while converting times sorry
