Well the women just made up for it with a 2:52!!! Almost ten seconds ahead of everyone else so far.

I'm not sure if having Weidemann lead the whole way is sustainable at the Olympics with multiple rounds, but we'll see what happens.

Well, Canada's time was better than the Italians in the men's pursuit. So that's something.

Haha. If they would have completed the race they would have put up a time around the bronze medal position. Also winning the B final gets you just as many points as placing fifth in the A
